Job Description
- Assist in leading and motivating staff to achieve maximum results in line with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring that the team consistently meets or exceeds set targets.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Department to implement and execute local store marketing strategies, driving brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Monitor inventory levels, ensuring stock replenishment is timely and that the return cycle is properly managed in accordance with company policies.
- Continuously improve existing work procedures and operations, ensuring that all paperwork and documentation handling is accurate, complete, and compliant with company standards.
- Take charge of and provide necessary supervision during stocktaking and random count exercises, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
- Manage and oversee key daily store operations
- Oversee and manage the branch’s manpower
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the ROMs.
- Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in retail management
