Position: Mental Health Trained Staff Nurse (SN) / Senior Staff Nurse (SSN) x5

Job Description:

• Department: Inpatient Ward (IPW)
• Shift: 3 shifts rotation
• Experience: Prior experience in mental health nursing required.
• Job Type: Open to both Staff Nurse and Senior Staff Nurse roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care to mental health patients in the inpatient ward.
• Assess and manage mental health conditions, including crisis intervention.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Provide support and guidance to patients and their families.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Work in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team for holistic care.
• Participate in patient rounds and contribute to care discussions.
• Ensure proper documentation of patient care and treatment.
