Job Description
  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction
  • Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional service
  • Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance
  • Handle guest feedback professionally, resolving issues with empathy and urgency
  • Monitor inventory, ordering supplies as needed while minimizing waste
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth coordination between FOH and BOH
  • Ensure adherence to hygiene, health, and safety regulations
  • Monitor cash handling, POS reports, and daily sales reconciliation
  • Drive team morale and uphold a positive working culture
  • Support marketing initiatives, seasonal promotions, and events
