Job Description:

As a Principal Recruitment Consultant at Kairos Global Search, you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and placing candidates across specific industries. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, motivated, and eager to excel in the fast-paced recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform business development to acquire new clients
• Source and screen potential candidates through various platforms and networks
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, job and cultural fit
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Collaborate with the team to understand client requirements and deliver suitable candidates
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement
• Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of working experience in recruitment agency
• Excellant sales records in previous recruitment agency
• Have experience in 360 role
• Background in recruitment is mandatory
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously
• Driven by results with a goal-oriented mindset
• Proficient with recruitment tools and platforms
