Nursing Manager (Clinical Service) #HYN - Bukit Merah

• Lead and oversee clinical services, ensuring effective planning, coordination, and management for efficient delivery.
• Take charge of all clinical workflows, including the initiation and enhancement of new projects and processes.
• Manage budgeting and financial operations to maintain the financial health of clinical services.
• Work closely with key stakeholders (Doctors, Nurses, and Operations staff) to design, develop, and implement new primary care services that enhance patient access and improve clinical outcomes.
• Provide direction to project teams working on innovative care models within specific clinical disciplines.
• Ensure consistent clinical standards across all clinics, overseeing patient care to meet their needs effectively.
• Promote excellence in patient care by executing strategies and plans that maintain compliance with governmental laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
• Regularly assess and update policies to align with the goals of MOH, ensuring ongoing compliance.
• Supervise recruitment, staffing, training, and development of clinical, professional, and administrative staff. Organize training initiatives to elevate staff capabilities and encourage teamwork, improving clinical staff productivity.
• Prepare administrative documents and presentations on Medical Board policies and related materials.
• Oversee infection prevention and control (IPC) practices across all clinical teams.
• Lead new initiatives and services, including the adoption of artificial intelligence and ESG practices in healthcare.
• Carry out other duties as delegated by the Medical Director.

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree, preferably in healthcare or healthcare-related.
• Experience in research duties will be advantageous.
• At least 3 years of management experience in healthcare environment.
