Warehouse Operations Manager - Tampines

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the operations of our warehouse and logistics, including dispatch of goods, warehousing and fulfillment etc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse staff, optimizing inventory control, and ensuring smooth daily operations while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Develop and implement warehouse procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through proper stock management, tracking, and cycle counts.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and shipments.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring a secure and organized workspace.
• Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and infrastructure to prevent disruptions.
• Develop and analyze reports on warehouse performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Handle warehouse budgeting, cost management, and resource allocation efficiently.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and sales, to align warehouse operations with business objectives.
