Adecco is partnering with a Japanese MNC Automotive Manufacturer. We are looking for an Demand Planner to join their business!

The Opportunity

Strong coordination skills with external and internal stakeholders are essential.

• Permanent, Full-time opportunity
• Location: West region, International Business Park
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm

• Managing inventory of assigned profiles to meet department and corporate KPIs.
• Support all forecast-related activities and drive forecast accuracy in APO.
• Engaging in daily or weekly procurement/requisition processes including handling shipments and coordination with warehouse, forwarder and vendors.
• Proactively review vendor's backlog, and expedite to ensure on-time delivery.
• Close collaboration with warehouse and vendors to ensure smooth Inbound delivery.
• Responsible for assigned material master data and purchase price.
• Third-party trade(Direct drop-shipment) and shipment Coordination with CS, forwarder and vendors.
• Initiate continuous improvement on planning and procurement processes.
• Taking part in or coordinating meetings with other functional teams.
• Carrying out any other tasks related to this position.

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics Management or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of experience in Planning & Procurement for a regional distribution environment
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office i.e. MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint
• Good knowledge of international trade including incoterm and inventory management principles
• Proficient in SAP R3/MM module, APO planning tool is preferred
