Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive / Sales Manager with a proven background in professional services firms specialising in accounting, payroll, tax and corporate secretarial services to join our team in Singapore.
This is a new function and role that offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of the business while shaping the future of the sales department. Candidates must have previous experience working in medium to large professional firms specialising in accounting, payroll, tax and corporate secretarial services.
For Sales Managers, there is a significant opportunity to grow and lead a team, requiring previous experience of building a successful sales team within a mid to large professional practice. Both roles will be expected to generate sales revenue of at least three times their base salary from new client introductions.
Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and secure new clients, consistently meeting the critical target of generating sales revenue of at least three times the base salary. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales team to ensure the long-term success and growth of the business.In addition, both roles involve maintaining strong client relationships and working with internal teams to deliver seamless, high-quality services tailored to client needs.
Qualifications required
For Sales Executive:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance or related field.
- 2-4 years' sales experience in professional services organisations, preferably in accounting, payroll, tax or corporate secretarial services.
- Proven ability to develop and manage relationships with a wide range of clients.
- Results driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to generate sales revenue of at least three times your base salary from new clients.
For the Sales Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' sales experience with a proven background in professional services firms specialising in accounting, payroll, tax and corporate secretarial services.
- Previous experience working within medium to large professional services firms.
- Proven experience in building and managing a successful sales team within a mid to large professional services firm.
- A proven ability to bring in new clients and to achieve significant growth in revenue.
- Leadership potential to grow, guide and mentor a team as the sales function expands.
