About the role

As a Facilities Manager (Building) at ENGIE Services Singapore Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective management of facilities and building operations. This is a full-time position based in the East Region, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our client's facilities and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of external contractors and service providers to ensure high standards of service delivery
  • Monitor and analyse building performance data to identify opportunities for optimisation and cost savings
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance strategies to prolong the life of building assets
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to address facility-related issues and concerns
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facility management activities
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of facility management processes and procedures
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a facilities management or building operations role
  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems
  • Proficient in project management, with the ability to prioritise and coordinate multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering practical, cost-effective solutions
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, contractors, and colleagues at all levels
  • Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and best practices in the industry
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as engineering, facilities management, or building services
