Bukit Merah - Estate Management and Facilities Specialist

Our client, a leading organization, is seeking a committed Estate Management and Facilities Specialist to join their dynamic team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the efficient operation of facilities while championing impactful sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of corporate sustainability objectives
• Manage building and office premises to ensure optimal functionality, safety, and efficiency
• Provide recommendations for improvements and rectifications to enhance facility performance
• Oversee facilities vendors and contractors, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective space planning and project coordination

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years experience in Estate management and Sustainability
• Experienced in managing soft facilities management services
• Familiar with sustainability reporting frameworks and standards such as BCA Green Mark for Data Centre and Buildings
• Communicate sustainability initiatives internally and externally, fostering engagement and awareness
