Responsibilities :

  • Deliver initial support for IT-related concerns.
  • Provide Level 1 technical assistance.
  • Provide First Call Resolution (FCR) technical support via phone and email.
  • Receive and answer all users IT service request calls and emails .
  • Support the installation and upkeep of desktop systems.
  • Provide Live-Chat support.

Requirement :

  • Minimum Education: Nitec/Higher Nitec or Diploma
  • Minimum 0-1+ years End-User Support Experience, Desktop or Technical Service Desk.
  • Customer Service Experience in tech call center environment.
