About Us

Green Link Digital Bank is Singapore's inaugural wholesale digital bank focusing on supply chain finance, mainly serving MSMEs and aiming to help MSMEs grow and improve digitization.

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our Commercial Banking Team and be involved in the sales of GLDB’s banking products and services to meet the financial and investment needs of Medium Enterprises.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve revenue targets: Solicit and develop new deposit and loan accounts; deepen wallet share of existing customers by spotting and delivering on cross-selling opportunities.
  • Act as first line of defense: Prepare credit proposal and propose appropriate credit mitigants for new loan applications; Proactively manage and monitor accounts to minimize non-performing loans; Ensure timely submission of credit review and strict compliance to laws and regulations.
  • Create delightful digital customer experiences: Build up network of loyal customers for bank by being a trusted and dependable partner; understand customer needs and requirements and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver optimal solutions or propose new products.
  • Actively participate in ad hoc projects: Represent Sales in ad hoc projects such as new product developments, technical enhancements, alternative data lending, industry landscaping, etc.; provide constructive inputs and feedback and contribute to Bank’s success.
Requirements
  • Relevant Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable institution.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in a Medium Enterprise Banking or in Non-Bank FIs/Fintech lenders serving wholesale customers.
  • Demonstrated records of overachieving sales target under high-pressured working environment whilst balanced with risk awareness and management; experience in credit memo writing and credit structuring is a must.
  • Comfortable in cold calling potential clients.
  • Good understanding of Medium Enterprise loan, trade, and cash products.
  • Strong ability to adapt to change.
  • Adaptable, analytical, problem-solver and decision maker.
  • Highly self-motivated to deliver work of highest standard with strong sense of commitment and accountability.
  • Energetic, customer service oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a strong team player.
