As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you’ll act as the primary point of contact for both internal and external matters, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. You’ll manage high-level administrative, strategic, and operational tasks while also supporting marketing and production initiatives.This isn’t a reactive role—it’s for someone who takes charge, makes smart decisions, and brings a level of polish and professionalism that commands respect.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
CEO & Executive Support- Master the CEO’s schedule and diary —coordinate meetings, appointments, and events like a pro.
- Act as a strategic partner, ensuring the CEO is always prepped and ahead of the game.
- Handle confidential matters with absolute discretion and professionalism.
- Own all travel logistics—flights, hotels, trade events—every detail executed flawlessly.
- Be the CEO’s gatekeeper—manage communications and liaise with key stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ensure the CEO’s network is always well-managed—maintain and update contact lists, client databases, and business relationships.
- Support marketing campaigns & social media initiatives—drive content visibility.
- Conduct industry and market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
- Organize and support major events like trade shows, webinars, and conferences.
- Design high-impact presentations & marketing materials using InDesign & Photoshop.
- Draft and refine content—from social media posts to press releases and brochures.

What You’ll Need- Education: University graduate (Fresh graduates are welcome; media or marketing experience is a plus).
- Experience: at least 5 years in a fast-paced executive or similar role is a plus, but being sharp, adaptable, and intuitive matters more.
- Well-groomed & polished—You present yourself professionally in both appearance and communication at all times
