Responsibilities:

• Provide Project Administrative works: prepare Quotations, Purchase Orders, raise Requisition Forms, manage monthly expense administration for the project team & managers
• Logistics activities: Coordinate and liaise with procurement team from Taiwan, logistics team & third-party forwarder company on the shipment status to ensure shipments deliver smoothly
• Customer Billing plan & invoicing: Issue invoice, liaise with clients QS & manage project billing processes and ensure receivables are on track.
• Service existing customers
• Monitor of Payments: Handling of vendors billing, ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices from vendors
• Manage Project Costing and prepare Project Monthly Costing Report to upper management from Taiwan, assist in project monthly using SAP software.
• Assist in Yearly Auditing
• To handle insurance, contract and legal documents
• Inventory Management: Manage Department Assets list and control the stock in or stock out of project materials, ensure timely delivery of goods to the site
• Handle ad-hoc issues pertaining to Power Business
• Filing & ensuring all documentations are well maintained for each project

Requirements:

• Possess at least “O” Level
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, team player & sales-oriented
• Computer literate with knowledge in Excel, Words & Power Point
• Knowledge about SAP system will be advantage
