Job Description:
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of online grocery orders
- Maintain SOPs for picking, packing, dispatch, and delivery
- Handle customer enquiries related to orders
- Oversee receiving, issuing, and stock movement of goods
- Manage returns of damaged items and maintain inventory records
- Uphold store cleanliness and safety standards
- Perform general housekeeping and ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirement:
- Minimum 2 years’ of retail or inventory management experience
- Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on, service-oriented, and meticulous team player with good leadership skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with smartphones
- Able to carry loads up to 10-20kg
