Digital marketing specialist - Geylang

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns to generate leads and achieve digital communication objectives/ROI across multiple business units for a baking school
• Optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and various social media platforms

• Track, measure, optimize and report campaign performance using Analytics and other relevant tools and increase overall ROI on digital campaigns

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline.
• Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital paid advertising, preferably from a digital marketing agency
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, search, and display advertising
• Proficiency with paid advertising platforms, including Meta Ads. Google Ads experience will be a bonus
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with some experience using analytics tools to track KPIs and ROI
• A self-motivated individual with a genuine passion for digital marketing and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and platforms
• A results-oriented approach with a proven track record of delivering digital lead generation
