Stationed at the reception counter, with opportunities to gain experience in administrative and HR-related tasks in a French MNC Company!
Location: Jurong East - Near to MRT stationWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
Salary: Up to $3,500 + Bonus + Statutory Leave Benefits + Medical Coverage + Birthday Leave
Your Role:As the Corporate Receptionist, you will manage front desk operations and support office administration. Your duties include:
- You will manage front desk operations and support office administration [HR related]
- Reception & VIP Guest Services
- Front Desk Support: Answer incoming calls, manage visitor registration, and maintain a polished reception area.
- Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of corporate events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
- Office Administration: Oversee pantry supplies, manage parking arrangements, process purchase orders, and handle general admin tasks.
- HR Assistance: Assist with work pass applications and renewals according to MOM regulations.
Requirements:
- Singaporean
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
