Entry-Level Job! Front Desk Role with Exposure to HR Support - Start by May 2025

Stationed at the reception counter, with opportunities to gain experience in administrative and HR-related tasks in a French MNC Company!

Location: Jurong East - Near to MRT station
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours

Salary: Up to $3,500 + Bonus + Statutory Leave Benefits + Medical Coverage + Birthday Leave

Your Role:

As the Corporate Receptionist, you will manage front desk operations and support office administration. Your duties include:

  • You will manage front desk operations and support office administration [HR related]
  • Reception & VIP Guest Services
  • Front Desk Support: Answer incoming calls, manage visitor registration, and maintain a polished reception area.
  • Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of corporate events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
  • Office Administration: Oversee pantry supplies, manage parking arrangements, process purchase orders, and handle general admin tasks.
  • HR Assistance: Assist with work pass applications and renewals according to MOM regulations.

Requirements:

  • Singaporean
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
