Senior Talent Acquisition Partner- End-to-End Recruitment Management: Successfully manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers for a diverse range of roles across the organization. Ensure alignment with business needs and strategic objectives.
- Strategic Workforce Advisory: Provide insights and guidance to senior stakeholders on talent trends, labor market shifts, and competitive intelligence, ensuring informed decision-making for workforce planning.
- Talent Pool Development: Build and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs. Leverage industry knowledge and networks to attract and engage diverse talent.
- Employer Branding: Promote Canopy's employer brand to attract top-tier talent, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Process Optimization & Metrics: Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Analyze key recruitment metrics and make data-driven recommendations for process enhancements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally with a background in SaaS, Fintech, or similar fast-paced, tech-driven industries.
- Strong track record of successful end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
