Job Overview:

The ideal candidate should have experience in consumer brand marketing, KOL collaborations, and performance marketing to drive brand growth and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Budget Management

• Develop and manage the digital marketing budget to ensure efficient resource allocation for business objectives.
• Monitor marketing expenses, optimize investment strategies, and enhance ROI.
• Generate budget reports and provide data-driven recommendations for future spending optimization.

1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for IEM and ZIEHA brands.
• Contribute to SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing efforts to increase brand awareness and conversions.
• Optimize multi-channel marketing strategies to maximize ROI.

1. Social Media & Community Management

• Plan, execute, and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Xiaohongshu (RED), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Engage with the community to enhance user interaction.
• Monitor social media analytics and optimize content strategies accordingly.

1. Paid Advertising Management

• Oversee advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Track ad performance and provide optimization suggestions to improve effectiveness.

1. Product Seeding & KOL Marketing

• Develop and implement product seeding strategies to increase brand exposure.
• Support KOL resource expansion and collaboration execution.
• Monitor KOL campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations.

1. Website & E-commerce Support

• Manage ad placements and optimizations on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok to enhance conversion rates.
• Collaborate with marketplace influencers and KOL/KOC resources to boost brand visibility and sales.
• Oversee company website management, ensuring content updates and an optimal user experience.
• Contribute to SEO execution to drive organic traffic.

1. Data Analysis & Optimization

• Monitor key marketing metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Provide data insights to support marketing optimization strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in skincare, health products, or FMCG industries.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo), and e-commerce marketing tools is preferred.
• Creativity & Strategy: Strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and KOL marketing.
• Data Analysis: Analytical mindset to support campaign optimization.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent project execution skills and ability to work efficiently with teams.
