Automotive Technician - Bukit Batok

As a Automotive Technician with Addcel, you will be responsible for:

• Performing preventive maintenance work and follow-up on all troubleshooting and repair works
• Ensuring completion of all preventive and corrective maintenance, documenting all service reports from vendors
• Support ad-hoc machine breakdown including fault troubleshooting, diagnosis and replacement of defective components
• Monitor and maintain spare part list
• Supervising contractors for onsite work involving installation, servicing and repair work
• Proper housekeeping of the tools after usage
• Update list of chemical in the storage and ensure SDS is within validity period
• Liaise with overseas and local supplier for equipment and spare part matters
• Involved in internal and external audits when required
• Any other duties as assigned

A successful candidate for this role will possess:

• Higher Nitec/ Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply
• Experience in supporting maintenance function in manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting plant equipment including electrical, mechanical and hydraulic system
• Experience in robotic system maintenance will be an advantage
• Must be able to lift heavy objects and be able to work at height with MEWP
• Able to support after office hours and weekends when needed
• Well versed in Microsoft Office applications
• Able to read and interpret schematics
