About the role
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our vibrant team at Setelco Communications Pte. Ltd. in the Central Region. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our innovative communication solutions.This is a full-time role, offering the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and progressive organisation.
What you'll be doing- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers in identifying their communication needs and recommend the most suitable products and services
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
- Process sales transactions and handle cash and card payments accurately
- Maintain store displays and merchandising to ensure a neat and appealing presentation
- Contribute to the achievement of store sales targets through your individual performance
- Provide excellent post-sales support and follow-up with customers
- Participate in product training and development to enhance your product knowledge
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the retail industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers
- Demonstrated sales skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm and a team-player mentality
- Proficiency in English and at least one other local language
