Electrical Project Manager - Toa Payoh

Responsibilities

Perform full spectrum of Project Management relating to Electrical Engineering Services
Manage consultants and contractors schedule.
Co-coordinating, supervising and planning construction activities carried out by the contractors for all related equipment and system in order to meet the required objectives.
Ensure adequate quality control measures either via on-site/off-site inspection and all completion/pre-handover inspections.
Proactively identifies changes in project scope and ensures appropriate measures are taken
Liaison with Government and Statutory Board such as EMA, BCA and SP if needed by the project.
Prepare and issue all necessary documents needed by the projects
Review, recommend subcon claim, Variation order, and final account statement for department head for approval
Prepare handover form, CSC forms for department head approval.
Sign off all site inspection form with the contractor representative.
Planned, coordinate and guide the vendor for direction of work to be executed.

Skills/Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience as a project manager / Site Manager
Familiar with relevant authorities’ procedure, application and submission for low voltage electrical and extra low voltage (ELV) system required according to the system and regulation requirement.
Good project management knowledge and skills
Good interpersonal, planning, analytical and problem-solving skill
Able to Work independently
Good Microsoft office knowledge and skills
Training or certification in project management desirable
