A primary care provider in Singapore who manages patients holistically by providing preventive care and engaging, educating, and empowering them to take charge of their health., currently has an opening for a HR Executive (6 Months Contract, Maternity Cover)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage recruitment and selection activities of clinicians
• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires and manage offboarding activities
• Provide professional HR advice on interpreting HR policies, procedures, initiatives, and issues
• Facilitate and support the performance appraisal process
• Participate in planning and executing various employee engagement and recruitment initiatives and events

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Min. bachelor degree with at least 2-3 years’ experience in human resource management
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices
• Detail-oriented with a flair for numbers and highly organized
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
