Sales Director
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and close business in strategically targeted accounts utilizing ROI driven solutions.
Design and implement software sales strategies to achieve territory revenue and growth goals.
Identify and prioritize business opportunities in globalized key markets.
Strengthen relationships with channel partners to ensure optimal coverage and performance.
Responsible for recruiting, training and leading a high performing sales team.
Set clear sales targets to improve team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to inform product positioning and sales strategies.
Collaborate with marketing team to localize campaigns and marketing efforts for target markets.
Build long-term relationships with corporate clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Coordinate with product, marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to customers.
Provide feedback to R&D team on local market needs and feature requirements.
Excellent communication skills in English, negotiation presentation skills are essential.
Strategic, process-driven sales approach with a strong work ethic and team mindset.
Preferably local Singaporean.
Job Qualifications :
6+ years of sales experience in the software industry, with at least 3 years in a Director of Sales role.
Proven track record in sales management in office software or related field.
Strong knowledge of globalized markets.
Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing or related field.
Monthly salary range:
5000 SGD-6000 SGD
Up to 20% sales commission
