Intern, Marketing & Communications - Geylang

Role Overview

As our Marketing & Communications Intern, your main responsibility is to support the team to successfully deliver brand and marketing programs across our business; Corporate & Customer Facing. You are highly motivated, professional, passionate, creative, detail-oriented, self-organized and proactive in coordinating marketing activities from every angle to assist the team in achieving maximum results for the business.

You will report into the Senior Manager, Corporate Affairs and Communications.

Job Responsibilities:

• Stay abreast and share current market / industry trends, audience insights and new innovations in marketing initiatives / platforms
• Proactively come up with ideas / ‘different ways in’ to challenge the status quo of our marketing & content efforts to ensure we are being bold, creative, innovative and effective in our approach
• Assist with the content strategy, development and execution, including visuals, videos and publications on our social media platforms
• Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports

• Support PR strategy and campaign, ensuring content aligns with the organization's brand guidelines and engages various target audiences.
• Assist in the planning and execution of on-site activations: launch events that showcase the key features of our properties including seasonal events in support of business initiatives or new openings

• Bachelor Degree of Business with Minor in Strategic Communications, specialising in Marketing or equivalent
• Ability to demonstrate a knowledge and passion for real estate, trends and key customers both at a local and global level
• Ability to analyse consumer data and then use this to strengthen your consumer awareness and understanding

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task in a time-pressured environment
