Working Hours: Mon-Thu (830am-6pm), Fri (830am-530pm)
Job scope:
- Provide general admin support such as data entry, filing, and document handling
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Prepare simple reports, documents, and correspondence
- Handle office supply requests and track inventory
- Maintain and update records and databases
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- At least 1 year of administrative experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
