Executive Director - Bukit Merah

Requirements & Responsibities:

• Shoud be able to take up company's shares by contributing funds and become a partner com Director
• Shoud be able to learn cooking, preparing food & beverages and able to help out in restaurant daily works.
• Must be able to commit six day work weekly
• Able to work on weekends
• Exceptional leadership skills to effectively lead managers
• should have at least seven to 8 years of experience, including at least five years in a management role
• Strong understanding of industry standards, business operations and regulatory requirements
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Planning and organization skills to facilitate goal-setting
• Innovative mindset to create new, effective solutionsAnalytical skills to interpret data
• Mathematical and financial skills for budgeting responsibilities
• Marketing Strategy: Create and implement marketing strategies that drive delivery of the target revenue and profit goals.
• Innovative: Drive innovations in direct and digital marketing processes and systems, to transform the companies marketing to best in class"
• Planning & Budgeting: Convert marketing strategies into budgets and resources allocation as well as operational and tactical marketing plans and programs
• Lead Through Change: Leaning into influence in a complex environment, evangelizing internally to cross-business investors', as well as externally to the targeted markets

Social Media Marketing:

• Creating engaging posts for popular social media platforms. (MUST knowledge in Tiktok ADs, Facebook ADs etc)
• Reading and responding to comments, questions and messages from social media followers.
• Leading and motivating sales team with marketing strategies.
• Monitoring social media platforms to identify conversations about relevant brands and topics.
