HR Assistant (Up to $3100 / Aljunied) - Choa Chu Kang

Salary: $2600 - $3100

• Manage employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, and work pass processing (applications, renewals, cancellations).
• Prepare contracts, conduct orientations, and register training.
• Handle monthly payroll, CPF submission, and government paid leave claims.
• Process NS make-up pay claims and manage annual IRAS submission and tax clearance.
• Administer staff leaves and employee benefits.
• Oversee workers' insurance coverage and claims.
• Assist with recruitment: job postings, liaising with agencies, and interview scheduling.
• Manage government grants and claims.
• Handle vehicle-related tasks (road tax, insurance) and license renewals (e.g., Bizsafe Level 3, P&FM transport).
• Maintain proper documentation and perform ad-hoc administrative tasks.
