Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive the success of our roadshow initiatives in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing sales teams, executing impactful roadshows, and driving sales growth.You will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the sales team, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the smooth execution of roadshow events that directly contribute to the company’s business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management:Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve targets and KPIs.
Foster a positive, results-driven team culture with a focus on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Sales Strategy & Roadshow Execution:Plan, organize, and oversee the execution of roadshows, ensuring that they align with the company’s sales strategy and marketing initiatives.
Identify new business opportunities, manage key client relationships, and drive revenue growth through successful roadshow campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure the successful execution of roadshows and maximize brand exposure.Monitor and analyze the performance of roadshow events to optimize strategies and improve results.
- Reporting & Analytics:Provide regular reports on sales performance, roadshow success, and team progress to senior management.
Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the sales process and propose actionable solutions.
- Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and potential leads.
Represent the company at roadshow events, engaging with customers and providing product knowledge and support.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management (minimum 1 year), with specific experience in roadshow planning and execution.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of sales processes, strategies, and roadshow execution best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
