In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing various post-training activities, including generating qualifications, processing edits to assessment results, and overseeing certificate issuance.
As an HR Training Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide support in the administration of training processes following course completion, including generating qualifications and ensuring all assessment results are processed accurately, including any necessary edits.
- Ensure all certificates and qualifications are issued promptly and accurately.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in HR administration, training coordination, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
