Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full spectrum of regional payroll operations in Asia, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and statutory compliance
  • Develop and implement competitive compensation structures, including salary ranges, incentive programs, and pay equity strategies
  • Conduct regular market benchmarking and analysis to maintain competitive pay practices
  • Lead annual salary review, performance-based pay adjustments, and bonus processes across the region
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in all aspects of compensation.
  • Design and manage employee benefits programs
  • Evaluate and optimize benefits offerings to ensure competitiveness and cost-effectiveness across the region
  • Utilize HR systems to analyze and report on compensation, benefits, and payroll data
  • Monitor key metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement in C&B programs
  • Provide timely and professional responses to employee inquiries regarding pay, benefits, and payroll
  • Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • IHRP certified preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in regional compensation, benefits, and payroll management in Asia, with hands-on experience in managing payroll systems and compliance being advantageous
  • Comprehensive knowledge of compensation, benefits, and payroll frameworks, including market benchmarking tools and country-specific regulations
  • Strong understanding of both regional and local payroll laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
  • Exceptional attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to manage sensitive employee data
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
