Talent Acquisition/ Recruiter (Bulk Recruitment) - Geylang

The Opportunity:

• Global MNC, Giant Beverage Manufacturer & Distributor
• Location: West, Singapore
• Working Hours: 9am - 5.30pm
• Salary: Up to $5,000

The Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with HR partners to identify resource needs, create resource plans, and develop hiring strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including negotiation, offer preparation, and onboarding coordination.
• Attract diverse talent through engaging with universities, alumni, agencies, and recruiters.
• Provide expert guidance and problem resolution for stakeholders.
• Analyze staff turnover trends and recommend improvement strategies to management.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in collaboration with HR partners.
• Coordinate mobility processes, including work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Support and execute ad-hoc HR projects as required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural environment and interact with all organizational levels.
• A collaborative team player with a high level of integrity and discretion to handle confidential matters.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
