We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Front Desk & Social Media Coordinator to manage daily operations, customer service, and online content creation for our indoor playground.
岗位职责 | Responsibilities:
✅ 前台接待： 欢迎顾客，处理入场登记，解答客户咨询✅ Front Desk Duties: Greet customers, manage check-ins, and answer inquiries
✅ 社交媒体运营： 拍摄、剪辑视频，发布社交媒体内容，提高品牌曝光度✅ Social Media Management: Capture and edit videos, create and post engaging content to increase brand awareness
✅ 活动主持： 组织和主持店内活动，带动现场气氛✅ Event Hosting: Organize and host events, ensuring a lively and engaging atmosphere
✅ 简单行政工作： 处理预订、记录客户反馈、管理收银✅ Basic Administrative Work: Manage bookings, record customer feedback, and handle cashier duties
岗位要求 | Requirements:
- 热爱儿童娱乐行业，善于与人沟通
- Passionate about the children's entertainment industry, with excellent communication skills
- 会使用剪辑软件（如 CapCut、Adobe Premiere 等）
- Proficient in video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
- 具备主持经验或愿意学习主持技能
- Experience in hosting events or willingness to learn
- 责任心强，能够在快节奏环境下工作
- Responsible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
