Our client is a Japanese specialized trading company focusing on the global trade of gold, silver, platinum, and palladium coins. They seek an Executive Assistant professional to support establishing new business operations in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for developing relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners.

As the business expands, you will also engage with Mints worldwide to strengthen our network and partnerships.

You will be reporting directly to the CEO.

【Responsibilities】
‐ Operate and manage the existing e-commerce site.
  • Handle tasks related to office relocation.
  • Work closely with the CEO to learn the business and support operations, positioning yourself as a future executive candidate.
  • Serve as a founding member by handling product packaging and shipping to gain a comprehensive understanding of the product range and internal operations.
  • Provided consecutive interpretation between Japanese and English during meetings with clients.
  • Secretarial duties such as schedule management and attending client meetings with CEO.
  • Participate in and lead meetings with Mints around the world.
  • Travel abroad with the CEO monthly to build relationships with government agencies and Mints in various countries.

【Requirements & Preferences】
(Must)
  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Fluent in speaking, listening & writing in Japanese (JLPT1) is and Business-level English are essential to liaise with internal and external stakeholders because this position requires translation between the CEO and clients.
  • Willing to work overtime due to the startup environment.
  • Willing to work in Japan first.
  • Interest in managing the e-commerce site is required.
  • Willing to travel for business trips to Europe, Asia, and America (mainly Germany, the US, and Beijing) every month, lasting up to 7 days.
  • Inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply.
