We are currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis.

This position requires 2 to 3 working days per week at our locations: My Art Space (Dhoby Ghaut)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and update class attendance records.
  2. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and promote courses to work with the sales team.
  3. Manage stock-taking and inventory for the studio.
  4. Collect and process class fees and payments.
  5. Provide information on services, schedules, and other studio-related matters.
  6. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the studio and reception area.
  7. Assist with basic office tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  8. Organize and maintain studio supplies and equipment.
