Position Summary
As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will spearhead the acquisition of new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing marketing strategies, reaching out to new clients, conducting market research.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Client Outreach
Identify prospective clients through market research. Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and follow up consistently to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Marketing Strategy and Execution
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote real estate consultancy services across traditional and digital channels.
Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, ensuring prompt resolution of queries and concerns.
Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to gauge satisfaction and identify additional service needs.
Candidate Requirements
Soft Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum Diploma
- Proven track record (2+ years) in sales and marketing—ideally within real estate, consultancy, or professional services
Comfortable with making calls, engage corporate clients.
