Project Engineer (M&E) - Tampines
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer (M&E) to join our dynamic team at DLE M&E Pte Ltd. As a Project Engineer, you will play an exciting role in the successful delivery of our projects across the island.
What you'll be doing- To assist the Project Director/Manager in Mechanical & Electrical planning and supervision works;
- To design electrical engineering systems;
- To assist the Project Manager to liaise with clients and consultants on projects;
- To co-ordinate sub-contract works;
- To assist in site administration matters;
- To assist in project engineering of mechanical and electrical systems;
- To assist in co-ordination and management of assigned projects / facilities;
- To assist in cost engineering for tender.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Engineer in the construction industry
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, organise, and coordinate multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of M&E principles, methods, and technologies
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance practices
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
