As a Senior Executive, IT Infrastructure and Security (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Overseeing the maintenance and optimisation of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems
• Ensure compliance with security policies and promptly address infrastructure vulnerabilities.
• Providing technical support in configuration and troubleshooting to end-users, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
• Monitoring system performance, identifying areas for improvement and execute approved system modifications.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address IT-related business requirements
• Deliver frontline technical assistance for end-user devices, collaboration tools, connectivity, and software issues.
• Documenting and maintaining IT processes, policies, and procedures to support compliance reviews
• Handle IT administrative tasks, including contract renewals, access permissions, and software licensing.
• Maintain a centralized database for employee access to enterprise systems.
• Manage user account provisioning/de-provisioning and device allocation.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in on-premises/cloud IT infrastructure administration and critical service management.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity standards (e.g., Cyber Security Act 2018), networking, cloud services, troubleshooting and business continuity planning
