Bedok - Administrative Assistant (3-6 Months Contract)

Prior experience in data entry or scanning is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scan and organize past training records for Makino Training Academy (MTA).
• Accurately enter training data into Excel, ensuring consistency and precision.
• Manage, categorize, and maintain scanned documents and digital files.
• Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing and document preparation.
• Help maintain training records and prepare reports.

Experience Required:

• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Basic proficiency in Excel and data entry tasks.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in scanning or data entry is a plus.

• Self-driven, energetic, high integrity, positive attitude and ability to learn are must.
