Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day Level-1 IT support to both local and remote users, handling IT service requests and resolving issues promptly.
• Deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain various devices including PCs, laptops, printers, copiers, smartphones, and IT peripherals such as projectors and video conferencing equipment.
• Install, configure, and perform regular maintenance on hardware (personal computers, laptops, servers) and software, ensuring system performance and preventing hardware failures.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to IT devices, offering technical support services including troubleshooting, patching, and system configuration.
• Conduct system performance evaluations, establish specifications, and collaborate with colleagues and third-party vendors for support and training.

Requirements:

• Nitec in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with prior experience in IT technical support and end-user support will have an added advantage.
