Quantity Surveyor (Up to $3600)

Location: Jurong East

Working Hours: Mon- Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm , Sat: 8.30am – 12.30pm

Benefit: Performance bonus, Medical Reimbursement, AL up to max 20 days

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review cost estimates, tender documents, and bills of quantities.
• Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor quotations and contracts.
• Monitor project costs, track variations, and prepare progress claims.
• Assist in procurement processes and contract administration.
• Conduct site measurements and verify work done for payment purposes.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure alignment on cost and contract matters.
• Prepare and submit final accounts upon project completion.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and relevant legal and contractual obligations.
• Perform other QS duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveyor or relevant.
