Responsibilities:
- Manage the calendars of Dean & Associate Professor, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders of the University
- Arrange for transport, manage travel claims and expenditure claims for Dean & Associate Professor
- Manage the email role-based accounts of both Dean & Associate Professor
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of working experience as personal assistant
- Strong planning and organisation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiar with office management tools, vistual meeting platforms (Zooms, Teams)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
