Data Center Lead (Servers/Routers/Network/Datacenter) - Bukit Merah

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a technical team in managing and maintaining servers, network infrastructure, and operations within a Data Center.
• Oversee network configurations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth system performance.
• Manage Data Center capacity, optimize resources, and proactively address potential system risks.
• Implement and monitor system changes to maintain seamless operations.
• Act as the liaison between technical teams, management, and clients to ensure efficient Data Center activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in Data Center operations.
• Strong knowledge of servers, routers, switches, and network systems, with expertise in troubleshooting.
• Leadership experience in managing and mentoring technical teams.
• Proficiency in Mandarin for effective communication.
• Willingness to work shifts (24/7 coverage); immediate availability preferred.
