Production Engineer / MNC / Semiconductor / Wafer / $5K+

• Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet target outputs and deadlines
• Lead a team of line leaders and operators to meet daily production output, quality, productivity and yield
• Analyse production data and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and bottleneck
• Monitor and maintain equipment performance to ensure optimal efficiency
• Provide technical support and training to production staff
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental regulations
• Coordinate with other departments to support projects, evaluations and preventive maintenance activities in the fab

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering Discipline
• Preferably experienced in high-tech, high-vol manufacturing environment
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts (Permanent day or night shift)
• Perm Day Shift : 8am-8pm OR Perm Night Shift : 8pm-8am
