Job Description:

• Plan, develop, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance quality, cost, and delivery.
• Design efficient plant layouts, workflows, and production setups.
• Analyze production methods and apply engineering techniques to optimize output.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, design, and QA) to ensure manufacturability and process efficiency.
• Lead new equipment and process validation, implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (LEAN, cycle time reduction, yield improvement).
• Conduct time studies and cost estimations for production planning.
• Maintain process documentation and provide training for new technologies.
• Ensure compliance with EHS and CSER policies and support safety initiatives.
• Support maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment when necessary.

Requirements:

• Technical knowledge of PCBA and / or System box build
• Able to read and understand 2D drawings, schematics for components
• English speaking - other languages desirable
• PC Literate: Word, Excel, Power Point, AutoCAD etc.
• CAD system basics
• Good technical and commercial communication skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a customer oriented environment and work well with all internal functional areas, customers and suppliers.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Other relevant fields)
