Cash Management Ops (Local bank, Central, Private Banking) - Bukit Merah

Location: Central

Working Hours: Mon – Fri: Office hours

Salary: Up to $3,000 per month

Job Description:

• Validate client's instructions that are related to Cash transactions e.g, Internal Transfer, Fixed Deposit
• Ensure that control processes such as necessary approval are obtained according to the authority grid and first level call back are properly performed before sending the transactions to Operations by cutoff times.
• Manage exception handlings by closely engaging Front Office, Risk Management and Product Management to ensure that they are processed within policy parameters and acceptable risk appetite.
• Act as a single contact point for any enquires or clarification between Front Office/Back Office
• Follow up with Operations for any discrepancies
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned periodically

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business/Accountancy/Banking & Finance or a relevant discipline
• Prior experience in banking admin, private banking will be advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets accurately
• Open to overtime
• Singaporeans only
