Assistant Manager/Manager - Business Development & Investment (Real Estate) - Toa Payoh

We are recruiting for an Assistant Manager/Manager – Business Development and Investment to beef up their investment pipeline. This client is in the PERE space and am mostly involved in the logistics/industrial park portfolio.

You will be looking to identify and evaluate industrial real estate investment including build to lease, development, acquisition and divestment opportunities in Singapore.

You will support asset management team in reviewing portfolio performance, portfolio valuation and asset enhancement as well as financial modelling, analysis of data and sensitivities.

You will conduct market research on real estate trends, market insights, capitalization rates and market comparables and work with internal/external team to propose deal structure by reviewing tax, leveraging parameters and joint venture’s terms and condition.

You will assist in transaction due diligence and preparing of proposals and presentations to clients, key stakeholders and to seek internal approval.

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Accounting, Business, Economics or Engineering with about 5-6 years of experience in business development and investment. Junior candidate with the potential who are looking to step up and able to perform will also be considered (Compensation and job title will commensurate with relevant experience)
• Creative and logical
• Proficient in cash flow modelling
• Excellent writing and presentation skill
