Customer Service Representative(Insurance/Contact Centre) - 12 Months Contract) - Up to SGD3.5k - Geylang

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to handle inbound customer inquiries and provide exceptional service while identifying cross-selling opportunities.

Fixed Working hours - Monday to Fridays , 8.30am to 530pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and providing solutions.
• Accurately update customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Maintain service quality by following company standards and suggesting improvements.
• Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the Contact Centre.
• Provide excellent service to enhance customer satisfaction and team performance.
• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and feedback using effective communication skills.
• Share customer insights with the Team Manager to enhance service quality.
• Identify opportunities to promote and cross-sell company products and services.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Be flexible in handling additional responsibilities, including overtime when required.
• Support management with ad hoc tasks and projects.
• Stay informed about company products and participate in training sessions.
• Contribute to operational improvements and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec/Diploma
• At least 1 year of experience in a call center/contact centre environment.
• Certification in BCP, PGI, and HI is advantageous.
• Experience in the financial or insurance sector is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused and results-driven approach.
• Adaptable to fast-paced and evolving work environments.
