Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 2 staggered time - 7am - 4pm / 10am - 7pm

Salary: Up to $2,800 (based on qualifications and experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st Level Technical Support via phone, remote assistance, and email.
  • Escalate and track incident/service requests professionally and promptly.
  • Provide onsite support as needed.
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in an IT service desk environment preferred.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Excellent telephony and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in team environments
