About Us:

Namo Consultants Pte Ltd is a small but growing local business specializing in essentials and educational toys for children. We prioritize customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, and we are looking for a skilled accountant & bookkeeper to help manage our financial records.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
Prepare financial reports and assist with tax filings.
Manage expense tracking.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 3 years in accounting/bookkeeping, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
Software Knowledge: Proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.
Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
Education: Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Bonus: Experience with Shopify
